Meet Mrs. Twillmann!
Kindergarten Rocks! I’m so excited to be your child’s Kindergarten teacher. Is there anything more special than your first year of “big kid” school?!? No way!
My name is Shannon Twillmann. I have been teaching for over 19 years. I have taught K-3, math enrichment, and reading intervention.
My husband Scott and I have been married for 18 years. We met in Glacier National Park where we both worked in the summer of 1998. We have two daughters. Maddie 16, a junior at Coeur d’ Alene High School and Sophia 11, a 6th grader at Canfield Middle School. We moved to Coeur d’ Alene 4 years ago.
I have a passion for the outdoors. We hike, bike and ski as much as possible. I love love love to read. The library is my favorite place for free unlimited books!
Teaching makes my soul happy. Learning through playing, singing, creating, and exploring are the ways to a child’s heart. I cannot wait to get to know you and your child. My door is always open as we work together to create a lifelong love of learning for your child.
